No real money is wagered or won in our bingo rooms. What forms of paymane do you accept? We only use PayPal subscriptions to keep our billing system simple, safe, and convenient. You can cancel your subscription at any time. How do I reward my players? We provide you with reports in your administration area so that you see which of your players won the most points or tournaments. This way you can reward them yourself if you so choose with prizes or discounts on your products and services. It is entirely up to you. We also give you the ability automatically reset your players points on a daily or weekly basis, or manually. How will this increase my traffic? Its simple. Put your bingo link on your website in a highly visible location. If visitors can't find your bingo game, they can't register. Use the automatic popup system for maximum results. Add keywords to your site relating to free bingo games, and submit to search engines and bingo directories. Before you know it you'll be getting lots of player registrations. Are people from other websites playing with my players? When a player enters the bingo lobby from your site, they can choose from a selection of public rooms (containing players from different websites), and private rooms, if included in your rental plan. You control whether to display public and/or private rooms in your game lobby, and you control whether your players are able to chat with players from other websites. The public rooms are great for smaller sites who may not have enough traffic to support their own bingo private bingo room. Bingo is a social game- its no fun playing by yourself! How do I upgrade/downgrade my rental plan? You may change, upgrade or downgrade your service at anytime through your administration area. Additional fees may apply for service upgrades if you are upgrading service in the middle of your current billing cycle. There are no prorated service credits for service downgrades. How can I make money with this? PlugInBingo is a marketing tool. You can use it to gather emails and other registration data (you decide how much data to collect), and use it to market your goods or services. You can also display affiliate banners, popups, and text based marketing messages to your players while they are in the game. Are you displaying banners in my game? We DO NOT display our own banners or popup ads in your games. We are a software company that profits exclusively from our monthly rental fees. We do have a tiny 'PlugInBingo' link in your bingo lobby that can be turned off for Gold or Platinum plan customers. New customers who sign up via this link are not counted in your affiliate statistics, except for Gold or Platinum customers who choose to leave this link in place. What are the technical requirements? The only requirements is that you can modify the HTML of your website and insert a few lines of code that we provide. Do you have games other than Bingo? Players who register through your website belong to you. Nobody else can view or use your data. You can export your registration data in comma delimited format through your adminstration area. You control how much information the game will ask for when players register. Can I have a salesperson call me? To control costs and to keep track of our interactions with customers, we handle all sales and support through E-mail. Do you have an affiliate plan? Yes! Everyone who signs up is automatically an affiliate. HTML codes and commission reports can be viewed from your administration area. We pay you 20% of all money received for every customer who signs up with PlugInBingo after clicking on your affiliate link. Can I customize the look of my bingo games? Yes! Virtually everything in the game lobby can be customized including the images, CSS (Cascading Style Sheet), and textual messages. Unfortunately, the graphics used by the game software itself cannot currently be customized but this may change in the future.
